We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Beyond this period, we reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges.

Please understand that returns or exchanges for items that do not meet your personal preferences are not accepted. For those uncertain about a product, we recommend purchasing the 10ml travel atomiser versions first.

Returns must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. A 10% restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs are not refundable.
