I decided to buy Plum Harajuku after I had experienced the amazing Damber Wabsolute and Mossy Bridges by Insider Parfums. Both of which are absolutely fantastic. Plum Harajuku is no different. I have the original 50 ml Plum Japonais and by having Insider Parfums Plum Harajuku, I still get to experience the beauty of Plum Japonais whilst protecting my vintage treasure of the original.

Travelling through Japan wearing Plum Harajuku. The fragrance and the setting were in perfect harmony. People I encountered seemed to respond to it with particular warmth. A fragrance that knows where it comes from.

She spent several years there and when she smelled Plum Harajuku she smiled in a very specific way. Said it captured something genuinely Japanese about fragrance. That validation from someone with direct experience means a lot.

Plum Harajuku sounded interesting. The reality was genuinely excellent. Now I recommend it to everyone who wants something genuinely unusual. The name promises Japan and the fragrance delivers it. Complete satisfaction.

I made several interesting fragrance purchases. Plum Harajuku is the most creatively satisfying. It's doing something genuinely interesting with fragrance. Not just smelling nice. Making a point. I appreciate fragrance with a point of view.

After the exciting opening the dry-down settles into something beautifully smooth. The plum becomes warm and almost creamy. The spice softens but remains present. The end of Plum Harajuku is as good as the beginning.
