The Dreamer

Airy fragrances often feel insubstantial. The Dreamer pulls off being light and floaty while still having proper depth underneath. There's genuine craftsmanship here. Very impressed with Insider Parfums on this one.

Bought this in winter and it transported me to a warm evening somewhere near the sea. That kind of olfactory time travel is rare and precious. I spray it when I need a bit of warmth in the cold months. Brilliant.

The kind of fragrance you wear when you have nowhere particular to be. Unhurried and floating and lovely. Wore it on a long Bank Holiday walk in the Peak District and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion.

My mother is impossible to buy for. She has beautiful taste and doesn't need anything. Got her The Dreamer and she was genuinely moved. That's what a truly original fragrance can do. Sorted.

The name doesn't lie. Wearing The Dreamer genuinely makes you feel like you're somewhere else. Something aquatic and airy about it that's just lovely. A wonderful everyday frag that makes ordinary moments feel elevated.

The base reminds me of something from childhood that I can't quite identify. Whatever it is, it makes me feel safe and calm. That's probably the loveliest thing fragrance can do. Heartily recommended.

Dark Wednesday in November, raining, commuting. Put The Dreamer on and the day just felt less heavy. Good fragrances can do that. They can reframe a mood. This one did exactly that for me.
